Another jam made from our own crops, we have a very limited supply. It is a delicious, sweet jam to which we add little sugar, making it perfect for breakfasts. This fruit, which is rarely eaten fresh due to its sharp, sour taste, is a great source of carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. It is an intense jam, a quality that is accentuated more than the sweetness of the quince as it has a ow quantity of sugar.
