Description

This is one of our first jams. The story behind it is rather odd, it comes from our own crops and back in 2004 there was a particularly bad winter for vegetables and above all for courgettes so no one bought any at the market and seeing those courgettes of that quality not being taken advantage of made us come up with the idea for this jam. A very mild, sweet jam which is reminiscent of candied pumpkin.

Ingredients:
Courgettes 60%, Sugar 40%, Pectin, Citric Acid.

Presented in formats of 210gr. and 40gr.

🤤 Suggestions: Ideal for canapés, starters and for breakfasts.

💡 Suggestion: A slice of toasted bread with anchovies on courgette jam.
